What types of battery enclosures and BESS containers do you fabricate?
We build wall-mount and floor-standing cabinets, outdoor battery racks, and 20 ft and 40 ft container-grade BESS enclosures, from residential scale up to utility-scale systems. Structures are designed around your cell layout, module weight and access requirements.
Which enclosure protection ratings (IP / NEMA) can you achieve?
Enclosures are built to IP54, IP55 and IP65, and to NEMA 3R or 4X for North American projects, using CNC in-situ PU foam gasketing for sealing. The target rating is confirmed against your installation environment before production.
How do you handle thermal management and liquid-cooling provisions?
We prepare mounting and routing provisions for forced-air, HVAC and liquid-cooling systems, including cold-plate brackets, manifold pass-throughs and condensation drainage. Cooling hardware is integrated to your thermal design or that of your HVAC partner.
Which safety and compliance standards do your enclosures support?
Designs support UL 9540 system-level requirements and align with IEC 62619 and ISO 12405 references for the battery side. We coordinate with UL and TUV test labs and supply the structural documentation needed for local permitting and grid connection.
What materials and corrosion protection do you use for outdoor BESS?
Carbon steel with hot-dip galvanizing plus powder coat, aluminium, and 304/316 stainless are all used depending on site corrosivity. For coastal or industrial C5 environments we specify NEMA 4X-grade coating systems and stainless fixings.
Can you integrate cable routing, busbar and BMS mounting provisions?
Yes. We add cable entry glands, busbar standoffs, DIN-rail and BMS mounting plates, and ventilation cut-outs to your electrical layout. We work with your BMS and integration team on routing and clearance before cutting steel.
What is the MOQ and lead time for prototype vs production units?
Sample or prototype units are available within about 3–4 weeks for qualification testing. Production typically runs NRE-free above 50 units, with scheduling aligned to your cell delivery timeline. Exact lead time is confirmed at quotation.
How do you support UL / TUV certification and documentation?
We provide fabrication drawings, material certificates, weld and coating records, and FAT documentation needed for certification submissions, and we coordinate sample units and changes with the test lab through the approval process.
Can you build custom enclosures from our drawings or concept?
Yes. Send STEP or DXF files, or a concept sketch, and we handle DFM review, prototyping and production. Length, width, door configuration, mounting and finish are all built to your specification.
